I’ve known Judge Roach for nearly 40 years both personally and professionally and he has never wavered in his love of God, commitment to family and service to country. As a District Judge I know he understands the extreme honor he has been given by our citizens and serves the court with fairness, humility and integrity. I confidently endorse his re-election to the 296th District Court.
